The Environmental Transport Association was established in1990 as an ethical alternative motoring organisation and sustainabletravel lobby group.

 

Their aim is to raise awareness of the impact of excessive caruse and help individuals and organisations to make positive changes intheir travel habits.

 

They continue to be a completely not-for–profit organisation –their sustainable transport campaigning and environmental projects arefunded by the revenue from the services they provide. These include aninternational breakdown service, which has won awards from both EthicalConsumer magazine and the Green Fleet awards, plus a number of ethicaland carbon neutral insurance services
