Why do rewards vary between each shop?

The level of the reward varies between shops because some retailers are more generous than others and hence may wish to give more back to moreeco customers.. This also makes them a more attractive proposition to you.

Do I pay more with the Online retailers I choose?
No you do not. The prices they show you are their standard rates.

What is carbon offset?

"Carbon offset is the process of reducing the net carbon emissions of an individual or organisation, either by their own actions, or through arrangements with a carbon-offset provider."

At NO EXTRA COST, moreeco will offset 1Kg of Co2 for every £5 spent via the moreeco website. All of our Carbon Offsets are purchased through an officially verified provider, the very reputable and award winning Climatecare.org.

What Co2 project are your involved in?

Visitors will enable us to offset Co2 by funding projects around the world. These projects ensure that real reductions in Co2 emissions are made which would not otherwise have happened.

These involve:

• Renewable energy - replaces non-renewable fuel such as coal
• Energy efficiency - reduces the amount of fuel needed
• Forest restoration - absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere as trees grow

Points are awarded when your purchase has been verified buy the retailer and subsequently by the moreeco team. With some retailers this takes a few days but with others it can take up to 30 days. If you have any problems please contact us.

Is moreeco.com a shop?

No moreeco is a shopping reward site. We search the internet for the best organic, green, environmental, and natural online retailers and negotiate wit them a reward level which can be passed on to the moreeco registered users. Once you have chosen your shop click through and then you are then on the retailer’s own site and will be dealing directly with them from that point.

What is the security code and how does it protect me?

People who send large amounts of unsolicited email ("spam") are always looking for new email addresses to add to their lists. One way they do this is by using a computer program to input random email addresses to a website just to see if they are active or not; they then add the active ones to their lists. The security code you see in the box has been purposely distorted so that it can't be read by these computer programs.


Can I purchase moreeco points directly to increase my total?

Not yet. But we are working on it? Please e-mail use if you interested.

I am missing moreeco points I have earned. What should I do?

You can earn moreeco points by taking up offers on our website or by purchasing with our partners. Moreeco points are usually credited within 30 days when our partners confirm you have made a purchase from them. If your moreeco points have not been credited within 30 days, please e-mail are support team who will look into this for you.


I have not received a reward I ordered. What should I do?

Rewards may take up to 14 days to be delivered. If you have not received your reward within 14 days, please contact us and let is know which reward you are still waiting for.
